OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. Who Can Enter: Any legal U.S. resident, age 18 or older by 6/1/2008. Minors under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian in order to enter the contest. Only one registrant per household is accepted. Employees of ROTHBURY or their subsidiaries and members of their households or immediate families are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter: You are automatically entered in the sweepstakes upon entry of Level 2 Tribute of ROTHBURY’s Green Ticket. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. For those not interested in committing to Level 2 Green Ticket Tribute, a sweepstakes entry may be obtained by sending a postcard with full name, postal address, phone number, and email address to ROTHBURY MOTHER (EARTH OF ALL RAFFLES, 4760 Walnut Street Suite 106 Boulder, CO 80301. The mail-in entries must be postmarked 2/26/2008 through 6/1/2008, with no more than one entry, and can be received not later than 5 p.m. Eastern Time 6/1/2008 (the "Eligible Mail-In Entries"). Only one entry per household is accepted. Any mail-in entry improperly dated will be disqualified. Any mail-in entry that is illegible, incomplete, late or does not carry proper postage will be disqualified.
3. Sweepstakes Dates: The ROTHBURY interactive sweepstakes will begin on 2/26/2008. The prize drawing will be held based on number of sweepstakes entries through 6/1/2008 (Green Ticket Level 2 purchases through 6/1/2008 plus Eligible Mail-In Entries). Subsequent ROTHBURY sweepstakes may be continued in the year 2008 and beyond. There is no carry-over of sweepstakes entries from one sweepstakes period to the next. ROTHBURY may conclude the sweepstakes program at any time.
4. Prizes: The total retail value of the sweepstakes prize
One (1) Grand Prize: Eco-trip for two to Costa Rica ($2200 value)
• 2 RT flights from anywhere in the USA to Costa Rica
• 1 weeks free stay at an 85-acre organic farm/center for sustainable living, located on the southern Caribbean coast.
• 1 additional weeks free stay at Finca Luna Nueva Lodge, an organic-biodynamic herbal estate and rainforest lodge.
• 3 organic meals a day
• RT van shuttle from airport to both locations
Two (2) Second Prizes - a Sonos Multi-room Music System Bundle 130 ($999.00 value each)

Five (5) Fourth Prizes– a $50.00 gift card to the local area supermarket ($50 value each)
5. Prize Drawings:. The winner will be selected at random by ROTHBURY based on entries obtained via log ins & registrations from 2/26/2008 through 6/1/2008 and Eligible Mail-In Entries. The prize drawing for the sweepstakes will be held on or around 6/15/2008.
6. Odds of Winning: Each entrant's odds of winning is dependent on their number of entries obtained via Green Ticket commitments and Eligible Mail-In Entries.
7. Winner Notification:The winner will be notified via e-mail within 24 hours of the prize drawing (on or about 6/15/2008). The winner will be required to respond to the e-mail to acknowledge receipt of the prize. If no response is obtained within 7 calendar days of notification, attempts will be made to reach the winner by phone or mail. If no response is obtained from the winner by 6/22/2008, the prize will be awarded to a replacement winner drawn at random. ROTHBURY’s decision about the winner is final.
8. Limits of Liability: ROTHBURY has no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. ROTHBURY assumes no liability for lost or misdirected registration forms or survey submissions whether due to technical or computer malfunctions or otherwise. ROTHBURY assumes no liability for technical or computer malfunctions of any kind. ROTHBURY reserves the right to cancel the sweepstakes at any time if the ROTHBURY website is infected by a virus, the website is hacked or the integrity of the sweepstakes is compromised in any way.
9. Change to Rules: These Official Contest Rules are subject to change each month that the sweepstakes is conducted. Participants should review the Official Contest Rules each month.
10. Winner Responsibilities: The winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred. The winner must submit an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with the Official Contest Rules.
